Hand-picked: only the best of the tea plant
Harvesting is carried out in an artisanal and meticulous manner, ensuring the purity and quality of the tea from its origin.
- Only the top three leaves of the tea plant are selected, known as “two leaves and a bud”—the two youngest shoots and the terminal bud. This part of the plant contains the highest concentration of essential oils, aroma, antioxidants, and flavor.
- The harvesting process is 100% manual, performed by skilled workers who visually select only the leaves that meet strict standards of freshness, texture, and color. This technique avoids mixing in mature, coarse, or damaged leaves, ensuring a superior sensory profile in every cup.
